My name is Guillermo Escalante, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, living in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
I create in different art fields such as Batik, Sculpture, Drawings, Ceramics, Mural Paintings, Music and Dance.
I am a member of Articulacion Artistica Internacional since 2009. The collective changed his name and structure the 6 of December 2018.
It changed its name to Ahora Amaras Infinitamente.
The story of the collective AAI is more than 10 years long today and it requires a big amount of work in order to be published.
But an online platform is on the making to display all our activity and it will eventually be brought to light.

Articulacion Artistica Internacional is an International Net of development and production and supporting of culture.

It was created to communicate through the Art (in all its forms) a particular interpretation of reality, shared by a handful of individuals from different countries, who, even if they belong to diverse professional fields, have become linked through Poetry, travel experience, sensitivity.
The members articulate their activities in real time, elaborating collectively a wealth of texts destined to affect the different societies where they sojourn.
The individuals who are active in AAI choose critical topics to ponder and from their everyday lives, from their intent to exist as poets, they send their messages in different languages, proposing paths for a respectful attitude towards life on a personal, social, planetary, universal level, as much as we can envisage at the given time, those dimensions…
AAI has an inner functioning and a way of communication towards the outside that the net implements in the shape of multidisciplinary events, art exhibitions, sound performances, and readings.
During the opening event of the exhibition, the AAI members who are present in the settlement where it is held, invite all the members who live near of the location and together create a live interdisciplinary art event.
Depending the situation and technical infrastructure of the place, the members who sojourn in other parts of the world connect over the world wide web and participate in the event simultaneously, reading texts, doing art or performing music and dances.
Our activity involves two different areas: the self development of each artist in her/his own path and
the collective creation (production of books, paintings, artistic objects and plays, concerts, videos and performances).
In the latter the authorship of the works can be anonymous and presented under de name of
AAI - Articulacion Artistica Internacional.
